We are Tom and Liz, co-founders of Bono Capital Group. Over the last few years, we’ve built a portfolio of residential, mixed-use, and hospitality assets totaling $7.2M AUM. Our operations have delivered 350+ guest bookings, a 4.9 Airbnb Superhost rating, and consistent investor-grade returns across 15+ projects.
In 2023, we repositioned a mixed-use property by converting vacant office space into a high-performing Airbnb, creating approximately $350K in added value through NOI growth. Backed by an advisory team with $270M+ AUM in hotel and commercial assets, we are now expanding into boutique motels and hotels.
Our journey started far from the world of institutional capital. As former EY consultants, we traded spreadsheets for tool belts—learning how to build value the hard way, one project at a time. That grit, paired
with finance and operations expertise, is what drives our disciplined approach today: identifying underperforming assets, executing on value-add strategies, and delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns.
